The TSX300 Deluxe Radios We Supply Feature Advanced Functionality Including 'MY RADIO' (CALLER ID), Which Enables 3 Practical Purposes...... The User Can Personalize Their Radio By Entering A Desired Name ("Call Sign") And Set A Personal/Private Channel.  This Enables Other TSX300 Users In A Group, To Know Instantly Who Is Speaking Or Sending A Transmission.  This May Proven Life Saving In Curtin Situations, Specially If The person Cannot Speak But Can Operate The Push-To-Talk Button (Learn How To Send SOS By Using The Press-To-Talk Button!) (Yes We Take Outfitting Seriously And Know What We Are Doing!  We Are Not Box Movers!).

When Transmitting To Other TSX300 Users, The 'Caller ID' Is Set.  When the TSX300 receives a transmission from other TSX300s, it will display the ID from that radio.  If the reception is from a TSX100, or from a radio with no ID entered, the display will show ?RECEIVE?, with no 'Caller ID' Information.  The Caller ID will continue to be displayed while receiving from that person, and for 5 seconds after unless a different 'Caller ID' is received.

The 'Private Channel' Function Enables Other Users To Send Transmissions To That Channel, Regardless Of What Channel I Set At That Moment.  The Optionally-Set Private Channel Information Is Automatically Sent As Part of The Caller ID During A Transmission.  Other Users Can Contact A Person Directly Using Their 'Private Channel'.  The Radio Always Monitors The Private Channel, Regardless Of The Currently Channel Set; Except When The Radio Is Transmitting, Or Receiving On A Different Channel At That Moment.  The TSX300 Deluxe Has ?CALL WAITING?...... When Called On The Private Channel.

The ID may be up to 8 alpha/numeric characters in length, and the Private Channel may be any number between 10000 and 9999999999!
